PSG Konsult does not have a grading system, but rather job specific and market related remuneration scales. We benchmark our salaries against the financial services industry and offer an all-inclusive Cost to Company package. Our focus on our remuneration structure is not to reward people through above average salary packages but rather through a variable remuneration model. We believe hard work must be recognized and rewarded through incentive and bonus schemes to inspire greater performance.
